In this role, he monitors and maintains critical storage and monitoring platforms to ensure continuous operational awareness. His day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and investigating system alerts, managing ServiceNow tickets, preparing detailed reports, and conducting environmental inspections to safeguard system availability. His ability to stay detail- oriented and proactive helps protect mission-critical infrastructure and maintain seamless operations.
Kwadjo’s skills include system monitoring, operational awareness, and thorough documentation and reporting. He is known for being reliable in both routine and high-pressure situations, a quality that makes him a steady presence on the team. His experience with enterprise monitoring and storage tools allows him to quickly identify potential issues and initiate corrective actions, minimizing risk and ensuring continuity.
Kwadjo brings a strong foundation in information security and enterprise systems. Before joining S2i2, he gained experience in information security by supporting federal systems through risk management, ATO documentation, and continuous monitoring. He also spent nine years in federal security policing roles, where he developed strong situational awareness and strict procedural discipline. That background continues to influence his thoughtful, calm under pressure, mission-focused approach today.
