Building Trust Through Cybersecurity

Christine Bikoi brings more than a decade of experience protecting and strengthening the nation’s information systems. She has worked across federal, state, and local government programs such as the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), District of Columbia Government, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and Department of Labor (DOL). She helped these agencies meet security and compliance standards that keep critical missions running smoothly.

At S2i2, Christine serves as a cybersecurity leader, supporting clients through challenging technical and regulatory environments. Her work focuses on providing government agencies solutions for demanding missions and leveraging teams of subject-matter experts. She is recognized for her composure under pressure and sharp problem-solving skills.

Blending Law with Policy and Technology

Christine’s approach to cybersecurity is shaped by both her legal and technical training. She holds a Master of Cybersecurity Law from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and advanced law degrees from the University of Yaoundé II in Cameroon.

Christine believes cybersecurity is most effective when people understand their role in maintaining it. Whether mentoring colleagues or working with leadership on security strategy, she ensures the entire team plays their part to strengthen organizational security. Christine holds multiple certifications, including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), with a CISSP in progress. Her technical proficiency spans risk frameworks, compliance systems, and platforms such as Splunk, Nessus, AWS, and ServiceNow. 

Committed to Service at Work and Beyond

Christine’s decades of volunteerism was recognized in 2025, when she received the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for national service. She serves as President of Nyong et Kelle Elite USA, a nonprofit that supports the Bassa community in the Washington, D.C. area. She is also a Board Member of the Dr. Bikoi Foundation, which promotes oral health for underserved populations, and a Trustee at Shiloh Gospel International Ministries, where she helps advance community outreach and youth engagement.

Outside work, Christine enjoys sports, music, dance, cooking, and travel. Her values of respect, perseverance, and kindness guide both her work and her interactions with others.
