With over 15 years of experience as an accomplished program manager, Mr. Timothy Matthews recently joined the S2i2 team as the Program Manager for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Joint Service Provider (JSP) Innovation, Integration, and Transition Management (I2T) Center.
Tim served in the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Army. While in the Army, he served as a Medical Intelligence Officer at Hunter Army Airfield. After leaving the Army, he worked for Fort Stewart EMS and Camp Pendleton Fire/EMS as a paramedic. Tim continued his career as a Team Intelligence Analyst for International Development Services (IDS) in Afghanistan and as a Senior Technical Trainer/Deputy Program Manager for SRA (a CSRA company) in Germany.
After returning to the states, he employed his skills as an Intelligence Analyst for the Department of State and U.S. Marines, where he produced case studies, intelligence products, and intelligence research for domestic and international anti-terrorism and cyber threats.
Most recently, he held the positions as a Senior Intelligence Analyst for Absolute Business Solutions Corp. (ABSC) and Senior Portfolio Manager for Premier Enterprise Solutions (PES). Tim has managed several complex multi-million-dollar cyber acquisitions, healthcare IT infrastructure initiatives, and projects from conception to closure.
